Introduction
This is a redesign of a system that has existed for more than 5 years. The main task was to optimize the work in the system.
As part of the project, the organizational structure was implemented, the candidate card and search were optimized. More than 15 user interviews were conducted and a demo request was made from 4 competitors.
Result of work
The work was divided into iterations. Components were transferred to the system gradually. First, we moved the menu and updated the components.
There was an option in the settings to reject the new design. This is how we tracked user adaptation. Also, before the launch, several behavior options were tested. We received a lot of positive feedback. The work of recruiters in the system has also accelerated.
